I recently went on this flight (and QR908 on the way back) on SYD-DOH there was only the option for paying 10usd (from memory, may have been 15usd) for wifi for the whole flight, the cabin crew were very proactive in reminding people paying that the wifi may be unstable.
On the way back I had a different wifi setup (that I have seen before) where there are plans you can purchase, one was roughly 15usd for 100mb from what I can remember. There is also a 1 hour 8mb free social media plan that I couldn't get to work particularly well (but have seen work before).
None of the a380s have Starlink as far as I know, though if you are on one of the Virgin Flights you may get Starlink.
I don’t believe it includes the ex VA and CX aircraft.
When we were in Doha last one of the crew was talking about it and said that originally each aircraft was meant to take 3 days but QR arranged to have them fitted in something silly like 8hrs
