One of my future bookings with QR has an IB codeshare sector (DOH-MAD). At the time of booking (direct with QR), the reservation was visible in the QF app (my QF WP FF# is in the booking) but clicking through, no details show (just got an error).

QR MMB allowed for seat selection on the QR operated flights but not the IB sector. Fortunately, I was able to load the booking on Iberia.com and select a seat.

Very recently, maybe in the last two weeks, QR or Amadeus have done something and this booking and another I have dropped out of the QF app altogether (any attempt to add the booking is greeted with an error). I can still see that my FF details are correct via the QR MMB*, but now the the seat selection option via the Iberia website/app has been disabled and none of the usual go to workarounds (rj.com and ba.com) appear to work - cant load the PNR at all (similar error to QF).

Has anyone else noticed this? Tips for a workaround?

*Note: I immediately checked my booking noting stories of many peeps having had points siphoned away to bogus VA FF accounts.

Edit: QR has a OTP (SMS and email) code to access bookings via the website. I can't remember if that's new and maybe the issue?

Well, the IB MMB appears to be working again for the codeshare flight.

But my other future QR reservations is not recognised by any other OW website MMB (still). I can only presume it’s the implementation of OTP?
