I have my 1st question for the forum, I am booked to travel on QF7 Syd-Dfw on 15/08 - currently both Qantas Manage My Booking and Expert Flyer do not have seat maps available for the flight. I was able to review my seat selection about 2 weeks ago, but have tried for the last 3 days with no luck. In Qantas Manage My Booking, it reverts to the old generic seat selection (aisle or window). In the ExpertFlyer iOS app, it says there is no seat map available.
I am a QFF member, but only bronze, I am flying in economy.
Is this a usual occurrence?
