Hi All,

I generally don't post links to my blog reports on AFF anymore but I believe this may be of interest to some people here. It's a report of my recent trip MEL-SIN on QF35 in business. This was actually an opup as I was originally booked in Y but the school holiday crowds meant an oversell in Y.

You will have to visit my blog to read it:

Hope you enjoy it.

Nice report

Thanks for making the effort Aussie-flyer, I enjoyed reading the report and pictures.

Good report, I did the same trip on the same plane in April and on the way we flew over Ayres Rock and the pilot pointed it out for anyone interested to have a look, which I think is a good touch and interesting to see.

Thanks guys.

Ive done the ayers rock sightseeing on a SQ 777 once. Pilot even did an orbit for us! Few years ago now

Thanks for the trip report, I will be flying this SYD - SIN in August.

What an informative, well written and comprehensive trip report. Thanks for going to such trouble.

In '87 was on an Ansett 727 ASP to PER, when flying over Ayres Rock the pilot banked the plane to the left so the port side passengers could see the Rock, and then to the right so the starboard passengers could see the Olga's. (hope I got the nautical terms right)
