QF WP on Emirates Plane with QF Flight Number

I'm flying from Perth to Europe this coming December, then back in January. All of my flights are on QF flight numbers, but Emirates planes.

My main question is with seat selection. I can access most the seats on the plane at this point, but some of the best ones are blocked out to me still. Does anyone know when these seats might become available for me as a QF WP?

EK generally keeps these seats blocked until the flight is under airport control.

I am unable pre-allocate bulkhead at time of booking. And in my short experience I am 2/2 in getting exit row at check in.
