Hi, technical Q for someone more IT-competent than me. When i go to the QF homepage I can't see the "offers from" box - it appears as a picture that can't be loaded. Also, when I go to the somestic flights section, i can't see the popup graph showing prices by dates for any cities. Any ideas as to what programme i need to update? Never had probs with this until a month or so ago. Thanks.

That sounds like a problem with Flash either not being loaded or not installed on your computer.

Both of those utilise the Flash player to display content, so that would be the area to be looking at.

Similarly I am unable to retrieve the drop down Origin and Destination menus when trying to book a Multi-Stop fare through the QF website. Tried a number of browsers including IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari - anyone have any tips?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

That is a Flash problem. Update to the latest version of Flash on your computer and the box and graphs should display properly.

This link should tell you what version of flash you have, and what the latest version available is.

Thank you everyone for the fast replies. Worked (almost) perfectly... however now my QFF no and surname have disappeared as if the cookies are switched off. That much i know - and they are switched on. Can't seem to get the site to remember these details... need your thoughts again! (apologies, not the most IT able person going!)

Should be fun when the IPAD comes out without flash support!

The website does work without flash, although you do lose some functionality. For example, clicking on the graphs gives you a message saying you need flash.
