QF website acting up

Trying to book a multi-city QF award trip using Google Chrome - can't select dates or number of passengers. Are others having similar problems?

Any thoughts help gratefully received.

Parents are trying to set APIS data for an upcoming trip. The link to do so wasn't working for a while and when they got in, it didn't have the same data they had just entered on the contact details page.

I had difficulty making a booking online today. Resorted to the online chat for assistance, and QF ended up phoning me to complete the booking - phone service fees waived.

I had the same problem using Firefox.
I resorted to using Internet Explorer (ugh) and there was no problem.

Maybe a different problem, lucky I don't have to book any QF flights right now, in the past, the pull down menu for dep city and arr city is always (as Manu F says) Top Notch, ie, you put in the abbreviation, and the system comes up with match, ie, SYD comes up with SYDNEY, MEL comes up with AVV for AVALON or MELBOURNE (Tullamarine).
But I have tried that today, and the system would not allow des city, it just hangs there.
Not good enough.
I love to book my own trips and not go to a travel agency, but if I had to make a booking, and this as described problem arose, then I would need to go to a travel agency.
Not only won't cities come up, but its so slow of late, the QF website.

You do realise if all else fails you can always scroll through the list of cities and manually select, right?

In any case it's working perfectly fine for me in Chrome - typing in the three-letter city code brings up the right city.
