Edit I take this back, gave up after being bounced from one team to the next. Pretty poor service in the end as nobody can explain why the system rejected requests.
Or really care - you will eventually go away and the usual level of Qantas service has prevailed and will continue. They work so hard on behalf of their alternative carriers.
