QF great service

Hi team, this a shout out to Qantas and Mark the csm on QF127 Syd-hkg yesterday. I was in premium and my wife was in J with out 4 month old son ( yes that's correct a dreaded infant in business class) anyway about an hour after take off I get approached by Mark who introduced himself and asks if I would to move to the spare seat beside my wife, mmm tough one but ok mate lock it in. It was the first real perk I've had from being a platinum member and my first ever op-up. It really made the start of our holiday so much better and easier for my wife. Red roo if you can get mark on QF 128 on feb 16 that would be great
