QF flyover for the MEL F1

Hello all,
QF744 preparing for it's F1 flyover, for those of you at the GP, hope it was a great spectacle!

PS I hope the screenshot is visible, first time I've done this on the iPad

I watched the plane over Albert Park from a vantage point at Port Melbourne - especially the final climb away - guess the pilot was almost trying to emulate the F/A-18: from my viewpoint it looked pretty steep.

Watched it from free upgrade at Sofitel. Sick bubba... so bliss was nice as was comp teddy for her! Purchase club lounge for r&r and hubby birthday. Glad we did cause haven't left hotel due to bubby blues!

This was a 'well done' to Qantas! The plane did a low level loop right over our house (about 1km away from the race track) - sensational!

After last year I was expecting another (disappointing) 737 - but then out came the 744 and it was spectacular. Close enough to clearly see all the lines of the wheel well casings.

The FA18 was pretty amazing too.

I hope you filmed the loop as that would be a first for a B744.
