QF A332 - two different seat maps?

Just looking at seat maps on ExpertFlyer for
SYD-DPS QF43
Imgur
and
DPS-SYD QF44
Imgur
and see they are different even though they are both A332?

Yes, there are actually currently 3 different 332 layouts: 28J/243Y, 27J/228Y and 36J/199Y (the latter one a/c only).
