Hello All,
I tried a search in the forum and didn't really find an answer to my question.....

I just got my upgrade to Business confirmed for BNE-SIN this Wed (18th). I got allocated 2A, in the nose. I haven't ever traveled in the "nose", normally I prefer upper deck, but at this point there are no seats available for selection in upper. It seems like this is a sort of mini cabin with 3 Business rows, then row 5 back is the rest of lower Business.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this selection (I do prefer window)? Would row 5 exit give a more satisfying location?

thanks!
Ashley

I have been in 3A. I liked the small cabin, the only real issue was it was a longer walk to the toilet, since the accessable one is between J and W.

But yes, if 5B or 5J are available, take it. I love the window but the storage space is worth it for those seats.

Hi All,
5B was a good choice - window access isn't bad if you like window seats, even if the flight was 5 1/2 hours late :( . Also, the FA sits directly in front of you during takeoff/landing. A couple of photos....

Excuse the hairy legs, but plenty of room for them

Quite handy

I flew 1K SYD-SIN a couple of years ago and realy liked it as it was one of those seats on my 'airplane bucket list'. On the return journey, HKG-SYD, I had a window on the top deck. Overall, the top deck felt a little more exclusive, but TBH I would take either in the future over whY!!

Mrs Paddy sat in 5J and loved it... so 5B would be just about the same
If you like the more intimate feel of upstairs then Row 14, the exit row, would be hard to be.
