We recently flew with Qatar Business Class from Australia to Europe and back. Our FF points have been allocated to Qantas as part of the One World Alliance, but we actually wanted them credited to our Qatar Privilege membership and are having all sorts of problems trying to sort this out.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so, what was your outcome?

Thanks in advance.

Its very difficult to move points once credited. You may have a case if you can show boarding passes with a Qatar number on them. If they have no number you have a small chance. If they have a QF number, chances are very very slim.
(I had a similar issue with Malaysian. Despite me expressly asking them to add my QF number at checkin, the boarding pass had nothing and they ended up being credited to the MH account I had used on the outbound legs. I missed QF Gold as a result).
Having said that, I recall Qatar had a big devaluation recently-are you sure you want to move them?
