Qatar Airways app broken?

If you search as separate sectors (ie. BCN-DOH then DOH-MEL) it all works fine from all destinations. Such a trip works out at 114,000 Avios versus 90,000 on a normal saver award in one booking. Perhaps Qatar is blocking two flights/one booking saver awards. What other reason could there be?

New update has been pushed out 4 hours ago, at least on iOS. No more freezing on the OTP screen so can finally log back in.

Yes! All seems to be working again. I haven't tried the desktop version yet.

I deleted the app, then reinstalled, and that worked. The desktop is still busted for me.

I think I’m trying to book too far in advance.
I did a mock booking for December and it worked.
But I’m travelling late January next year. It doesn’t seem to like that.
Can book via sky scanner using the QR option, but google flights not showing availability.

No trouble at all booking for Feb on app for me

Try Mel-Helsinki return on 24 Jan back 8 February, please.
Mine also gets to that stage, but once I go to add seats or even just pay, it carks it.

Seems to be MEL that’s causing it to crash. Crashes for every destination I tried booking from MEL.
Could select seats and pay for ADL-HEL return no problem on those dates.
Just bizarre

It’s completely bizarre.
Anyway I’ll take my $8,500 and go with EK.
