Qatar Airways app broken?

Is anyone else having issues with app? I’m unable to log-in as get sent OTP but app then freezes, unable to input OTP, then crashes. Been going on for weeks, deleted and re-installed app, same issue..

Yes, surprisingly.

It takes me all the way to either selecting add ons or continue to payment and when I select either, it says something has gone wrong and takes me right back to the start.

Deleted the app and reinstalled and now it won’t even let me past the pin authorisation part

App on phone and ipad using different wifi networks and mobile data
Safari on phone and ipad using different wifi networks and mobile data
Google on phone and ipad using different wifi networks and mobile data
Chrome on phone and ipad using different wifi networks and mobile data
All of the above on desktop from multiple different PCs.
Tried signing in and just going incognito.
Tried just going through as a guest.
Cleared cache and cookies and browsing data.

Qatar support has been dreadful and almost flippant about it without any solution.

Yep. Q-suites are good but some other QR things not so much.

I just tried a one way mock booking originating from Helsinki and it all worked.
It’s obviously got something to do with originating here.

Their phone support has been one of the worst in the business for as long as I’ve been flying them regularly. Fortunately using a travel agent obviates that problem. I tried to direct approach twice and never again.
