Booked on QF 404 MEL-SYD 6.30 am in V tomorrow and QF 463 SYD-MEL 6.30 pm in Y tomorrow. Booking was made by my company, not me. I linked the booking to my QFF this morning and initially there was a check-in button. I had to attend to something urgently, so I logged out. Now I've logged back in to my QFF and the booking, the check-in button is no longer there!

Any idea as to why?

Not sure if these have any impact, but:
1. Apparently my QFF account has a note (which I cannot see) stating that I prefer an exit row as I'm 6'9".
2. I was told by a colleague who checked in that the flight is quite full.
3. I'm only Bronze.

Edit: There is no check-in button when going through my QFF, but there is when I use the booking ref without logging into QFF!

I had a similar, but I think unrelated issue this morning. I had no OLCI button on my booking for tomorrow morning, but in my case it was because AMEX Travel (our work TA) hadn't ticketed the booking yet ... again.
