Qantas ticket class visibility?

Pretty sure they hate their customers.

Hate implies emotion - I just don't think they give a monkeys ......

I searched for flights on the Qantas website earlier today while logged in. Got to the payment page but didn't complete the booking.

A few hours later, I got an email from Qantas saying they were holding my flights. What's interesting about this email is that it specifies the fare class of each flight in the itinerary.

That was what @serfty mentioned a few posts ago (albeit a year ago).

But I recall you also pointed out that the QBR booking portal does show the fare class when you select the price during the booking process….
