My recent Qantas Store experience using points to buy a QF digital voucher which comes with status points (recent promo) has been a nightmare. Points deducted immediately but voucher not processed. It took numerous calls & emails. Now I’ve got it, it’s not for the full amount ! Not very good service for long standing loyal customers.
