With long call times using the Qantas SMS chat service can be a big time saver. Below is a template I use to get a request across and provide the agent everything they need.
This way it’s time efficient for both parties. I usually find the agent is more willing to help promptly when you are organised.
This saves allot of back and forth texting for verification.
