How common are J or F travel policies outside of the finance sector these days?
Don’t forget the SF flyer.... many here don’t need to fly on someone else’s coin...

Prepared to be surprised then. You need to be on a lot more than that in many professional roles before you get J, let alone F.I'd have thought that most people who earn a minimum of $200k a year would have the sort of job that would pay for their travel, probably in First or Business,....
Any thoughts/confirmation on if a sign up with an existing QANTAS PREMIER PLATINUM would still allow the bonus points? I'd take a 1 year hit if it comes with the points, else, expensive exercise...
That’s new. And probably negotiable.
Can it function as a boarding pass?Approved and card on it's way - would love to bring it along tomorrow night and wave it in front of a couple of QF WPs - tickles my fancy since I have not had my rear end on a QF seat for over 10yrs except 3 or 4 F rdpts MEL-LAX/LAX-MEL
NFI - but it will be a good souvenir when I cancel before 1st anniversary to sit alongside other grossly overpriced under delivering metal cards like Centurion. Can it function as a boarding pass?
Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?
Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.
Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.
Haha. That’s my plan too Worth it for year 1 with the 150k pointsNFI - but it will be a good souvenir when I cancel before 1st anniversary to sit alongside other grossly overpriced under delivering metal cards like Centurion.
Might give them a call tomorrow to see how much wiggle room there is..Assume it's fairly fixed.
$100 Ann Fee per Additional Cardholder? I was planning on adding 3 or 4 just for souvenirs for them - any other cards charge an Ann Fee for Additional / Supplementary Cardholders?NFI - but it will be a good souvenir when I cancel before 1st anniversary to sit alongside other grossly overpriced under delivering metal cards like Centurion.
Really? Amex never have with Cent or Plat - I have never seen it before - but then I don’t get out much either.ANZ does.
Yup it is irritating. I wanted an additional card for my mother to use but i refuse to pay extra for it. I saved my ANZ card details in Google Pay, and have given her the actual card to use. Obviously for any online payments, one does not need the card.ANZ does.
Told no deal for existing members, as expected.
Totally not worth it if there is zero intention for Additional Cardholder/s to ever fly QF. Seriously nice looking card though - nice little suite lined up against Cent and Amex Plat - but CVC number on rear is almost invisible - only way to see it is move card until you can get light reflection to bounce off the CVC number to see it.The $100 for additional cards is a pain - however worth it as they to get the 20% extra status credits
