Please put in a formal complaint via the website, QF are in limbo on this configuration and reportedly looking at other options. If people keep complaining it helps.
Pass on the positive feedback about the food though so it's not just a hate mail![]()

I was going to start a new thread asking if QF really listen to feedback via their website.
There are some great QF staff working for the airline and I am waiting to ask one of those staff who work in premium telephone sales (I need to use QF telephone sales to book a Onewrodl Circle Asia ticket - this cannot be booked via the web) IF QF actually actions feedback from the website.
I do NOT know if QF actually listen to travellers concerns other than giving a standard reply.
My flight from Perth to Sydney again in J on Christmas eve was also a shocker when the FA did not the difference between the types of wine being offered and then served tea/coffee before the desert trolley was presented. The shortcomings of the crew including the CSM (who was also hopeless) were saved because the plane had the international config.
Will keep you posted - the telephone sales agent returns to work on Monday.
