Qantas Gold Welcome Pack

Hi All,

Newly minted QA Gold member. Wondering how long it takes to get the gold welcome pack (and Q bag tags)? I made Silver about 2 months ago and still haven't received my silver welcome pack (which should have also come with a bag tag)?

Sounds like we had the same timeline. My silver pack turned up very quickly but no sign of gold after 3 weeks. I called and they said to allow 14 working days from the time they send it. I received it 14 working days after the date in the welcome card, the outside wrapping was torn at one end and surprised everything was still in it.

My Gold pack turned up about 2 weeks after qualifying, which was about 3 months ago. Had the card and the luggage tag (x1 only).

My Platinum welcome pack still hasn't come after 2 months. I called up and they said they re-sent it, although it looks like they just re-sent the card and not the bag tags, so I'm gonna have to chase those up separately.

My QFF profile has me as Lifetime Silver and 3/4 way to Gold with a June reset date.
A surprise Gold pack arrived today. I was able to activate my card for travel money.
