Hi,

I am Qantas Gold, flying Emirates ticketed from MEL to KL in a couple weeks with my partner and her 13 yr old son.

Has anyone had experience with bringing both a partner and child into the Melbourne Emirates lounge as a Qantas Gold member?

It looks like they only allow one guest, but was hoping they might be nice when it comes to bringing in a child. Qantas are good and allow 2 children, but what are Emirates like for this as it doesnt seem to say anything special about children.

Thanks,
Mark

From the Qantas website:
[h=3]Emirates Lounges[/h]Platinum members and above are entitled to bring up to two children, aged between 0 -17 years into an Emirates Lounge. This is in addition to your normal guest allowance.
Gold Frequent Flyer or Qantas Club members who wish to bring a child aged between 0 - 17yrs into an Emirates lounge, will be counted as the member's one guest entitlement.
