I have a Qantas voucher which is printed on an actual paper ticket and states "Valid for Qantas and OneWorld travel" but the info sheet seems to imply it can only be used by visiting a Qantas Travel office.

Is there any easier way to use one of these? Can we use one for a phone booking?

The last time qantas gave me one it was valid for Qantas Holidays and all they needed was the reference number over the phone.

Thanks,

Chrisb.

I used one of these last week (though I don't remember it mentioning oneworld flights). I called the Qantas Holidays office in Perth and made the booking over the phone (domestic red-e-deal) then was given the choice of bringing the voucher into the office or posting it. They were quite clear that they needed the voucher before the booking would be confirmed.

My recent experience is similar to what Steve has posted.

The procedure is to fax the voucher to QF Travel store, call them to verify which flights are required, pay the difference in airfare that voucher does not cover with credit card, send voucher to QF by post. No need to visit QF Travel store. It is as simple as that.
