Yeah they have taken some USAF planes that were on the production line, I still thought there was some discussion in Australia acquiring two more. Boeing have been very efficient in producing these planes they are ahead of schedule, that was probalby arrange before by McDonnell Douglas. This is causing some concern as the USAF really need more but yet to admit it officially, Congress is dithering regarding the funding and Boeing is starting to close the line down (they told their upstream suppliers that there will be no further orders). This is the last plane being produced at Long Beach and I think Boeing really want to sell the land for development.
