QANTAS FF survey

Hi all, I'm new to the forum but not flying.
My life at the moment is like the George Clooney movie, "Up in the Air", (minus the sex with a married woman).

After a bit of a look around the forum but couldn't find a reference to the Q FF Survey. (doesn't mean it's not there)
Is anyone on this forum participating in that program?

I have been very impressed with the responsiveness of Q to suggestions and the follow up calls by their department heads have been very constructive.
If you have noticed a change in the food in the lounges, or better WiFi access or improved baggage handling its because Q have been listening to it's survey members.

As an online community we could have a serious influence in the way Q treats it's customer and more importantly influence changes to it's so called "Loyalty Program".
(It's not really a loyalty program but that's a topic for another post).

I look forward to being part of the community and hope to meet some of you in an Airport Lounge far away.

There is also active participation on AFF from Red Roo and Virgin looking at suggestions and problems we bring up. It is a very good community on here!

I lot of people would not agree with you on the responsiveness of Qantas but it's good to see someone happy. Hopefully your luck will rub off. :cool:
 
Hi Jetsam, welcome. I participated in the survey today, and agree with you that my perception of Qantas' service has improved over the past 12 months. Whether that has anything to do with increasing status, who am I to say :) I appreciate QF sending out a survey asking how they can improve.
 
Thanks for the welcome folks.
I suppose my point was, if more people participate in the survey the greater the chance of getting some changes implemented.
I think the small changes made were done because they were low cost and within the existing infrastructure.
Larger more important and relevant changes will require more noise.

I was on QF17 yesterday and a survey booklet was handed to me, I filled it out honestly and pointed to areas I think they can improve. At least they are asking the customers what they think, who knows if they will listen to what we tell them !!

Welcome to AFF Jetsam!

Good to see someone is happy with the service and overall responsiveness provided by Qantas.

I am going through a phase at the moment where everything seems to be going OK.
 
Lindsay, I am hoping my good run lasts until I see out my time in Brisbane. I am tired and the less distractions and delays the better. ;)
