Qantas expands select on Q eat to PE for some routes

I have to admit I have not been paying too much attention to this new feature.

I received an email the other day about an upcoming flight in premium economy ex-BNE and was surprised I had a choice of meal before the flight. So I go into my booking and click on Select Your Meal and this is what I see



I dont remember receiving an email for the preceding flight in premium economy ex-SIN early October.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, however I was looking in MMB at the meal choices in PE for my upcoming flight to HKG. When going into look at the meal choices it states, that I am an unconfirmed passenger, but my ticket says "CONFIRMED" and I rang the Premium Desk and they said it maybe a computer glitch, because I am definitely confirmed for the flight.
Anyone else had any issues like these. I have put in for an upgrade to J, but it is not until Wednesday 4th.

I tried this on QF128 a couple weeks ago. The online meal choice was the toasted ciabatta sandwhich from J - which was pretty tasy

I tried it on QF128 yesterday. The online meal was Chengdu lamb. A little spicy but a hearty meal.
