It didn’t have coconut shavings. It was like a pineapple sponge cake with an ever so slightly burnt coconut layering on the top set on a biscuit/short bread sort of base. Delectable

The wattle park bakery here in east dubs of Adelaide does a pecan and pineapple slice which is amazing

I recall in the 90's, you could get Bailey's in Qantas domestic economy (of course you had to pay $2 for it IIRC).

This today on a 2.5 hour BME-PER. Pretty sure people have posted this same meal as a J meal on the golden triangle, just on a plate. Given no food (except for sugary snacks) in the BME lounge, ducked into the PER J lounge using the WP arrivals access for a slide of pizza.
