I just did a goal accelerator from my QBR which started on 1 march.
it was constant drama, first they wanted the passenger to verify his email address,
but it was not coming thru so we changed the email address'
it still did not come thru then after 3 days of calls and emails they sent. a message it was happening.
then he flew and received gold but AA.Com is not acknowledging the gold status .
he specifically did not buy seats and bags as he would be getting gold.
the gold card is showing in his account but although I called aa.com they still cannot see sapphire. what a draw
anyone else had these problems.
apparently aa.com use a different system to QF.
