Hi

Couldn't find this in another thread so hope am not replicating.

My partner and I both signed up to BP - I got assigned 10 status credits however my partner hasn't.

He was assigned the 10 join up status credits 6 times on one day (!) and then 60 status credits removed. (All this activity has been removed from activity statement)

Then he was was assigned the 10 SC as below then -50 SC

The point is his SC had already been reset in March so he should have a total of 10 SC but they are at 0. ie the 10 SC have not been applied to his account.

Wed 8 Apr 2020EXPIRED STATUS CREDITS‡Status credits for this flight are not included in the current year total0-50
Mon 6 Apr 2020BP STATUS CREDIT JOIN 27-MAR-2020‡Status credits for this flight are not included in the current year total0-10
Mon 6 Apr 2020EXPIRED STATUS CREDITS‡

So his status credits are still at zero for the year.

Anyone else seen this glitch or know how to solve it?

If his membership year ends at the end of March, and they are awarding status credits based on the backdated date of signup, then this would appear correct, as they are for a "transaction" that happened in the previous year. So they shouldn't count for this year.

No, his SC (Silver) were reset March 24 to zero

Then assigned supposedly 10 SC for joining BP in April

But SC since March 24 are still 0

As I say they tried to attach 10 SC but did it 6 times so reversed all that. Then tried again and did same thing.

When did you sign up to BP?
