Qantas Advisory Panel survey on airport departure/arrival experience

Just got a Qantas Advisory Panel survey about arrival experiences, but which also included some questions about departure airports, so it was more like a survey on the outside-of-the-plane journey experience. I found this page of questions interesting:

Personally I'm not sure I want to be taking my bed linen through the terminal and dumping them at Qantas customer service...
 
lol, yes that survey does has some interesting idea's in it.

personally liked the sms on landing, welcome pack with sim card & the digital concierge. Sure you'll pay a fee for it, but great ideas :)
 
The complimentary SIM card with some credit on it was a nice idea.

In the freeform text at the end I suggested that providing information on how to get to the city centre using public transport from the arrival airport would be something useful to get on landing, or maybe before takeoff. That's one thing I'm always looking up when travelling somewhere unfamiliar.
 
I'd prefer it if they got the existing arrivals experience down pat before they go introducing more promises they can't keep. I'm looking at you, priority baggage.
 
Yeah, I put "extremely important" for the "how important is priority baggage" question. :)
 
No one has mentioned priority boarding in the surveys have they?

I tried to do the survey but it doesn't work on mobile devices :shock:
