Although their website says it can take to up to a year to process I was quite surprised to see that I got a response back in 3 weeks. Admittedly it was to ask for additional information but the whole process seemed far quicker than the U.S. Process. Having said that, I notice on the form although it's completed by an officer here it does get forwarded back to Canada.
Does it really take up to a year? Would appreciate anyone who has been in the same boat sharing their processing time.
