hi there

just a newbie question i have searched the forums and couldnt find an answer to this

I have called the contact centre 3 times in the last 2 months regarding missing status credits and points for a 2 flights with Singapore Air each time I give the operator all the relevant details re flight date number and class etc each time they have said they have completed that then they advise me the credits/points will be added within 10 days
After my third time I got a bit fed up with it as its regarding the same flights. I then emailed the velocity regarding this and the email I recieved back said that it takes 4-6 weeks for the points to be added.
My question is the contact centre tell me 10 days (all 3 people I spoke to said the same thing) and the email people tell me 4-6 weeks In your experience which one is correct. Also each time I have called there has been no record of my call and point query so the whole thing has to start all over again with the wait time.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so what were you ble to do about it to get it rectified??

any help would be appreciated:)

Points from partner airlines have generally been unreliable for me - sometimes they post quickly and other time slowly. I would say the Velocity call center estimate is more likely to be accurate.
