Problem with Upgrade Me Premium Bid - flight moved

I had a flight that I had registered for this and had to change the flight before the decision about the upgrade was released, so I cancelled my bid, moved my flight a couple of weeks and the conditions say to reinstate the bid process you have to use the link on the cancellation bid email to reactivate it, except when it comes up its not letting me do it, how do I put a request in after I've moved a flight? Will the plat call centre be able to reinstate it?
