Problem with QF Frequent Flyer Website

Problems with QF FF System
Status : WP

Tonight was trying to book some award flights
Specifically between OZ and SA and return

Weird happenings
Unable to modify search unless I start from homepage
Can see award seats but unable to book
Call up QF while online availability is visible but QF131313 unable to see same availability.
Call up QF again and suddenly they can see 2 seats when I can see one
Or can only see Y but not J awards online but QF can only see Y and J

Nice QF agent says there are glitches with the Frequent Flyer system which is causing issues with the website. Apparently a recent maintenance or upgrade which is causing problems.

Agent able to process tickets for me without the points “fine” of telephone assistance

And I get this yesterday after trying to pre-select a meal:

"Currently, we're experiencing ongoing issues with our Menu Select, Chauffeur Drive and Dubai Connect bookings. Passengers are currently unable to select their meal in advance with our Menu Select option and we're working hard to have this rectified as soon as possible however, I do not anticipate this will be rectified before your departure from Los Angeles tomorrow and for this we do apologise."
