I recently took advantage of a promotion for bonus points by buying a certain product, however the bonus points never have showed up.I have contacted Customer Service online and tried to forward the details including receipts and relevant details.I have sent via Internet Explorer as well as Firefox and the same message is returned saying website invalid, even after double checking the address with Customer Service and also finding that they cannot reimburse me over the phone.Has anybody else had similar problems.

Call them. You can generally read out receipt details.
Are you sure you clicked to activate the offer?

Thanks for the info and yes I had activated the offer and have spoken to the call centre direct who informed me to resubmit the document& info, however it still keeps on being returned.

Were you using the contact us system available when you log into your Everyday Rewards account? In the past year I have found this system to be very useful and my points have been credited without me having to make a phonecall.

I'm surprise the call centre staff weren't very helpful as usually this is the quickest method to getting points credited. You need a supervisor to okay the crediting of missing points so it's possible you rang during times when supervisors weren't available. This sometimes occurs late at night or during times when the communications link is down between the first line call center staff and the actual Everyday Rewards staff in Sydney.

If a supervisor isn't available the proper procedure is for the call centre staff member to take your details and someone will call you back at a useful time. Unfortunately this doesn't always happen. Sometimes the staff say they can't help and you'll have to call back.

I've had several bonus point fails in recent weeks. Base points seem to post ok. Problem seems worse with Woolworths than BWS. I guess I need to be more vigilant and chase more often.
