I am trying to join Etihad Guest to check award availability but can't get passed the sign-up screen. When it asks for your country I type in Australia. But when I hit the sign-up button the country field blanks out and asks for me to put a country in. No problems in any of the other fields.

What am I doing wrong?

You're using Chrome I presume?

Press escape when you see the autocomplete for country from Chrome and then you'll notice another autocomplete from the website (slightly different font). Pick that one.

Or just use Safari/Firefox

Yes I am using Chrome. Tried on Firefox and same thing happened. Will try your tip, thanks.

I remember hitting this problem when I was signing up couple of weeks ago. The issue was Chrome's Address auto-fill entered the value for me and it wasn't being picked up by the website. I needed to dismiss what Chrome entered and then pick the suggestion from the website which worked.

Good luck
