Planning travelling here as part of our east coast northern america's trip. I note that the web site splits the island into three distinct areas, any recommendations for what to focus on will be appreciated. Not going until September 2015 which I notice is when they have their fall festival, at this stage planning 7-10 days to look around.

No not female, don't know if my wife read it years ago. Yes I like mussels, going to try and coincide the trip with the Fall Festival, all things gastronomic and plenty of seafood included.
