Price beat continuously denied

Seems its now not possible to price beat AirAsia. DPS-PER for example..

None of the agents specifically give a credible reason and can't get success on chat or the form

Anyone had any luck via alternative methods?
 
As long as the price beat conditions are met, I've never had issues in the past.

Are they giving any reason at all for denying your claim?
 
I’ve reviewed the jetstar terms and conditions for their price beat, and had a quick look at flight times and prices on google flights. The flight price guarantee should work for basic economy starter fares.
 
It does feel the JQ Price Beat isn’t relevant now without another low cost carrier within Aust and less competition across the Tasman.

It wouldn’t even be an option to price beat NZ flights as JQ flights are Redeye’s to AKL / CHC whilst Queenstown are early morning out of Aust.
