Nothing available online, is that just because of the northern summer?

If you are looking at Europe from Australia I would imagine there are a lot of people wanting to attend Gallipoli services and flights will be at a premium

Depends on where you're going

AA release their own seats theoretically at 330 days out but in reality and can be anything up to 90 days later

With partner airlines it's normally 330 days out but they could also be delayed

Yes I was looking for Europe, it is 330 days out. BA site suggests there are CX & QR flights available. Has anyone booked a QR redemption flight, CX have long lay overs in HKG?

Check the CX flights via HKG as individual sectors. Sometimes you'll find more options than just specifying departure and arrival ports.
