Premier and points for insurance payments

I know it says no points for insurance but:

Do you get points for income protection insurance payment?

Do you get points for health insurance?

I know Westpac gives points for income protection......

Need an answer please as used Westpac last year.
Is there now a Citi limit on points earn per statement of 7500?

Edit: Unlimited to 200k per year
Citi says points on both Health and Income protection payment.
Also after 16th April they say Dinner Club still 2 points per dollar spend.
