Post Billpay and Paypal Eligible Spend

Hi All - Does anyone know whether Post Billpay with and without Paypal both count towards eligible spend? I know some cards don't look further at the paypal merchant but some do. Any experiences?

Every card I've had in the last 12 months has treated Post Billpay via Paypal as illegible for points. But wait for more replies for a bigger sample...
