Points/Status not showing on reservation

Hi all, I have a upcoming stay at the Hilton Darwin and received the usual email about the stay, however the points were just showing as 0 and my status was member.
Checking the main account page my points/status level is showing correctly , so is this just a glitch or something I need to chase up with Hilton Darwin?

Is the stay appearing in your “Up coming stays”? If so, it might just be a glitch in the email.

Yes, appears in the up coming stays.
Have e-mailed them, so will see what happens.
