Just a quick question on how quick peoples points are being posted of late for flying. Is there a delay in the system at present. Normally Ive had a turn around in a day or 2...Now im approaching day 6 with nothing? anyone else noticed a slow down?

Yep. Waiting for the +1 to get my pooled status credits for SG.
But I'm only at day 5 and only 2 weekdays (excluding date of flight).

No delays here with Virgin flights. Most recent flights last week followed the normal pattern of around 0am on Day 2 after the flight.

my DJ flights still seem to be crediting with 48 hours, SQ sometimes faster! VS seems to take a very long time though, 4 weeks and waiting.

^ As does NZ, been over a month since my AKL-CHC flight. Have sent in a retro claim, still nothing 10 days later.

Yes I've been having troubles. Usually points and SC's are posted within 2 days. I'm still waiting for last Friday's flights to post.

Our experience within Virgin/DJ, points/SC postings to/across accounts seem to happen within 3 working days from the date of transaction. So not the day of initiation, not weekend days, but pure work days thereafter.

I took an NZ flight (SYD-AKL) a few weeks back. Points and SCs credited within 48 hours.

Was that on a DJ codeshare though? I've found that any DJ codeshare, regardless of who is operating, will always credit within the normal time frame (48 hours). Flights without a codeshare (eg my NZ AKL-CHC flight) however is a completely different story.

Nope. Booked directly through NZ.

NZ flight number and NZ metal.

Sent from my LT26i using AustFreqFly

Anyone still having issues with getting their points and SC's posted? I flew on the 4th of May and still no dice. I tried to claim the points through my online velocity account but when I entered the reservation number and clicked submit it said the claim had failed as the points have already been posted.

Might have to give them a call tomorrow.

Have you received your points yet ?

You only receive Velocity points on NZ fare classes Q H & M in discount economy and classes Y & B in economy

Ah, I booked a Smart Saver fare (S). Fare conditions stated that it includes Airports/Status Points so I assumed this carried over to VA. Silly me.
