Points/Miles to Japan Air Pass

Hi everyone

I have a pile of points in several programs namely Qantas Frequent Flyer (160,000), Velocity Frequent Flyer (160,000), NAB Rewards (80,000) and IHG Rewards Club (120,000)

Can anyone suggest a way of converting one of these groups of points into a Japan Rail Pass? If not can one suggest another points/miles currency that might be usable to get a Japan Rail Pass?

I'm not sure that you can use anything other than money to purchase a Japan Rail Pass?

If you want to use points to book flights within Japan, you can redeem Qantas points for JAL flights.
