Hi All,

I had flights booked to LHR with Qantas which were affected by the strike. My outbound leg from BNE to HKG was on that fateful Saturday night. I managed to rebook with Singapore Airlines last minute and flew the following day.

My question is Qantas awarded me back 5991 points:

Is this is a mistake, or should I try and claim all points for the trip?

With Thanks.

I suggest you shouold put in an 'original routing claim' for your original flight and try to get all the points.

Put in an original routing credit for the sin - BNE leg. I did and I received points and sc's. There was no issue at all and I have told friends to do the same.
