Points Activity glitch - Qantas

Is anybody else experiencing glitches with recent points activity on the Qantas website and app ?

I made a return flight to Christchurch this week with Emirates (on sale with a QF code purchased on Qantas website) and it appears on my statement as 0 Qantas Points 0 Status Credits (despite ticketing conditions stating the points and credits earned).

Will hang tight and see if other members are experiencing problems and then flick Qantas an email later this week if this is not automatically resolved.

Send an email to [email protected] explaning you travelled on QF flight numbers etc., attaching a copy of the original e-ticket and scans of your boarding passes.
 
All fixed via an online chat with a very helpful Customer Service Officer on the Qantas website. Happy QFF now !
