Point Recognition Issue When Upgrading

One to look for on your QFF Statement if you upgrade.

Last week I flew BNE-PER and upgraded to Business. When the flight appeared on my statement it showed zero points and zero status credits. My return flight in Economy showed up fine.

A quick call to the Service Centre and they happily & quickly changed the FF points and status credits through a points adjustment - noting that they've seen this happen a bit lately.

So if you are flying on upgrade, check your Activity Statement to make sure the points and SC are correct.

This has been reported a number of times. Always worth double-checking your activity statement for errors.

This seems to be fixed. 2 upgraded flights yesterday credited correctly.

Try having all AA legs in A as part of a DONE4 show up as economy points and SC's (4 segments worth about 240 SC)

Luckily I kept the boarding passes as they would not accept that I was on a DONE4 or that my booking showed 3D as my assigned seat for all legs!
