Excuse the silly question:

I am flying with my better half SYD-HKG-HEL-FCO in March with Finnair primarily on Business Class.

When I search Finnair website it says that their lounge in HKG is operated by Plaza Premium Lounges. I also see they're a pay-per-use lounge. They also have showers available at approx $33Australian!

Firstly, if you're a Finnair business customer do you get Free entry into this lounge? Secondly, if you do get admitted in, do you still have to pay the additional cost for showers?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A Finnair business class ticket gets you entry into the Cathay Pacific lounges anyway and the Qantas one when its open so you don't even need to go to Plaza Premium lounge.

Definitely free entry on a Finnair J BP. Not sure about the showers though - why not send a quick email to Finnair customer service as I have found them very helpful.

But as aikman says, you can get into CX J lounges as a one world business class passenger. I have in mind to use The Cabin next month as the flight to HEL often leaves from near there (eg gates 22-30).

Flying UL (Sri Lankan Airlines) HKG-BKK in November last year and our upgrade to business was successful. The lounge invitation was for Plaza Premium but not just any Plaza Premium lounge. You need to visit the Plaza Premium lounge near the allocated gate.

Still visited 5-6 lounges as Platinum and business class customers and visited the Plaza Premium lounge before departure. Basic lounge with adequate food and drink. Actually had some variety of beers I had not encountered before which was good.
