Platinum QFF - what's the number for bookings??

does someone have the phone number for platinum qantas ff bookings? i don't have my card on me and can't find it anywhere on the website

Just call 13 13 13 and put in your WP QFF number; you will have the same results as calling the 'special' WP number.

i did think of that! however i have a stupid phone at work that won't let me press buttons - it thinks i'm trying to transfer a call

It is, but it won't make any difference if you can't key the number in.

Call the special number and if the Qantas frequent flyer number you enter is not that of a member with high enough status then you are shunted to the normal queues anyway.

And if you have the same issue I had when I called Qantas recently, the operator will be passed the incorrect FF number (or some other similar error) and will think you're someone else.

You must have an ALCATEL phone like me. Double push the # then the press the button.
